About The Job

We move fast, and our infrastructure must move faster. As a DevOps Engineer with 8+ years of experience, you won’t just maintain pipelines or manage servers you will design, automate, and scale the backbone of our production systems. You’ll play a critical role in enabling engineering teams to ship reliably, securely, and frequently in a highly regulated domain. We’re looking for a hands-on, systems-thinking engineer who treats infrastructure as code, automation as a first-class citizen, and reliability as a product feature, not an afterthought.

What You’ll Do:

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for fast, safe, and repeatable deployments.
Manage and scale cloud infrastructure (AWS) using Infrastructure as Code(Terraform/Terragrunt).
Operate and optimize containerized work loads (Docker, Kubernetes, ArgoCD).
Implement observability through logging, metrics, alerting, and tracing.
Implement Blue-Green software release strategies to minimize downtime.
Conduct Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP)exercises and continuously improve benchmarks.
Partner with engineering teams to improve deployment strategies, resiliency, and performance.
Enforce security, compliance, and access controls aligned with regulated financial systems.
Drive cost optimization, uptime improvements, and operational excellence.
Proactively identify bottlenecks and eliminate toil through automation.

What We’re Looking For:

8+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps / Platform / SRE roles.
Strong experience with AWS, CI/CD systems, and IaC.
Experience with some of the following is a bonus: AWS Cognito, AWS AppSync, AWS Lambda Serverless, AWS EKS, Aurora Postgres, AWS QLDB, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Terragrunt), Datadog, Sentry.
Deep understanding of Linux, networking, and cloud security fundamentals.
Experience supporting production-grade, high-availability systems.
A mindset that values ownership, reliability, and continuous improvement.
